ENGAGEMENT SESSION ON THE RIO GRANDE
Chey and Andrew are no strangers to West Texas, so when it came to picking a location for their engagement session they wanted something off the beaten path; a place that felt more like a love letter to the desert than just pretty pictures at a pretty spot.
We went back and forth about a of couple ideas and landed on this sweet spot along the Rio Grande. I love landscapes where the couple can interact with their environment, like climbing over rocks and dipping their toes in the water. It helps slow the experience down and creates such a cinematic feel for the shoot. Here are a few of my favorites from our time together.

Anna Claire Beasley is an adventurous wedding, elopement, + portrait photographer based out of Texas. She travels for the majority of all of her sessions, from across Texas, to New Mexico, California, Oregon, Arizona, Utah, Hawaii, and anywhere else there’s a story to document. A cozy two-day elopement on the West Coast. We started our adventure together in the dreamy mountain town of Mount Shasta before making our way north on Highway 101 to Brookings, Oregon. From there, we ventured out to redwood forests and rocky coves along iconic stretches of Oregon and California.
