Oregon Elopement & Intimate Wedding Photographer

FOR KINDRED SPIRITS WHO VALUE CONNECTION & INTENTIONAL EXPERIENCES

eloping in the pacific northwest

Whether you are looking for epic waterfalls, Martian landscapes, lush forests, or rugged coastlines that transport you straight to Scotland, Oregon offers some of the most incredible adventure elopement locations in the United States.

From epic hiking adventures to cozy A-frame cabins tucked under tall pines, no matter what level of adventure you want for your elopement or intimate wedding, Oregon probably has the perfect place for it.

Where to Elope in OREGON

There are so many amazing places to elope in Oregon. Two of my favorite landscapes in Oregon are the waterfalls and coastline, which I’ll go more in-depth on below. If a water-based landscape isn’t what you’re looking for, don’t worry! From the Painted Hills to the Bend Lava Rocks (and many other places in between), we are sure to find the perfect spot for your elopement.

WheN to Elope in OREGON

The best way to choose when to elope in Oregon is to first pick what location you want for your adventure elopement. Some seasons are rainier than others, but that has positives of its own (waterfalls!). Wintertime brings snow and ice which is great if you’re wanting that to be a part of the day. If you’re wanting to elope on a mountain top, then summer is probably the best bet. As you can see, there are lots of factors to consider when picking the perfect time to elope in Oregon, and we can always go over these details together during your consult call.

HOW to Elope in OREGON

Eloping in Oregon is pretty simple! You just need your Oregon marriage license, an officiant, and two witnesses over the age of 18. I recommend talking with the County Clerk where you get your marriage license just to make sure you have everything you need!

From there, we can plan your dream Oregon adventure elopement! If you want custom location scouting for us to find the perfect spot, we can do that or you can choose from my list of pre-scouted locations! If all of those details sound overwhelming—don’t fret. I’ve got a few pre-planned Oregon elopement experiences that may be a perfect fit.

MY APPROACH TO DOCUMENTING YOUR OREGON ELOPEMENT

01

The Experience Begins

when you decide you’re ready to do this thing and send off that inquiry.

After some happy-dancing on my end, I’ll answer any questions you have and send over my client guides and questionnaires to help make this process as seamless as possible so we can focus on the good stuff: the story. I believe that photos should be an extension of you and your values. That’s why I approach our time together as a friend—not just a vendor. Because friends know what you care about, they know what makes you tick and what makes your heart beat hardest and they get windows into your life that outsiders don’t.

If you’re looking to run through a list of poses, get some pretty photos, or hunt for the best price, we may not be the best fit. But, if you value meaningful connection and want a photographer that will document your full story so you can be grounded in the present moment and focused on the love in front of you, then let’s connect and dive into this adventure together.

A Story-Centered Approach

that emphasizes slow living and all of the in-betweens that make us feel and take us back.

With experience working as an outdoor guide, hours of outdoor education (including an active Wilderness First Responder Certification), and many personal adventure trips I’ve taken on my own, you can trust that no matter what kind of adventure you have in mind, you can count me in (unless it’s skiing, this Texas girl is not good at that! haha).

I’ve documented love stories and adventures all around the country, from the Redwoods of Northern California to the reefs of Maui, Hawai’i. I believe that emotions and memories are deeply tied to place—all the sights, smells, and sounds that make a location feel the way it does.

We Come Together & Collaborate

to create intimate imagery that captures feeling & a sense of place.

These photos are a reflection of you and this moment in time and this experience is a collaboration between me and you, us and the landscape. Together, with your intentional choices and my artistic documentation of the experience, you’ll have memories that you’ll want to hang onto and look back on for years to come (and photos that let you).

Think of me as your personal photojournalist, creatively documenting your most special moments. Getting to know you and your relationship is how I can document your day in an honest and intentional way.
